Payment Policy

Our therapists are individually contracted with insurance carriers.  Many of our therapists participate with the major health plans listed below.  

 

Although we endeavor to inform you of your benefits at time of service, we cannot guarantee its accuracy. It is also your responsiblity to contact your insurance carrier to check your coverage.  (Please let us know of any changes in your insurance coverage.)

 

Also, once an appointment is scheduled, payment is expected for this reserved time unless you provide 24 hours advance notice of cancellation (or unless both you and your therapist agree that you were unable to attend due to circumstance beyond your control).  It is important to note that insurance companies do not provide reimbursement for cancelled sessions or NO SHOWS.  This is your responsibility.

 

Deductibles and copays are due at the time service is rendered.  All Major Credit Cards are accepted.
